This is a unboxing and first look video at the LG Xenon aka GR500FD. This is 3G touch screen messaging phone. Please look at my other videos for in-depth review of the interface. The good: The LG Xenon has an attractive touch-screen display, a great QWERTY keyboard, customizable standby screens, plenty of shortcuts, and lots of features like 3G speeds, quad-band support, a 2-megapixel camera, GPS, and more. The bad: The LG Xenon suffers from the lack of POP or IMAP e-mail support, the touch screen suffers from a slight learning curve, the Web browser feels a little clunky, and you’re limited to only six widgets to customize the home screen. The bottom line: Despite a few problems, the LG Xenon serves it’s propose well ad a messaging phone plus it has a cool touch-screen interface and plenty of features with decent array of multimedia options. Cat5, 6 , 8 etc or something totally different

I want to run video and audio about 50 feet to my TV.
I already have ethernet cat5 running between the locations with three types of connections at either end,
HDMI, s-video and component video plus the normal 2 channel audio, (I do not need surround sound for this TV).

Can I just put RCA jacks at either end of the ethernet cable pairs (it has 5 pairs) and use the component video (3 pair) and the audio (2 pair)? WIll this work?

Or is there another better way?

When connecting to watch a movie it only gives me two green bars out of four and the movies I watch almost look bootleg. My PC connection is about 75 feet away & Im using a CAT5 cable for the connection. Should I be using something else so I can enjoy DVD quality movies?
And by the way, my TV does not suck. Its a brand new 47″ Sony Bravia LCD.

I can use a cat5 or wireless network connection. I have not found equipment to do so.
