Don’t know what’s wrong, when I first got my Xbox 360 about a month ago, I could connect it to this modem perfectly fine.. I took my xbox over to a friend’s house, didn’t even connect it to the internet there. When I brought it home and tried to connect, it instantly says unable to connect to hardware. I don’t know what’s wrong, as no settings have been changed on either thing. Could it have changed settings automatically when I unplugged my 360 from the modem? The modem isn’t connected to any kind of computer, as it was before. Model of the modem is the TM402.

I want to create a small virtual call center composed of employees working from home. I am looking for something that will allow me to set up multiple virtual numbers, and route those to employees home phone numbers. I do not need it to maintain a queue, if the employee is on the phone it can rollover to their personal voicemail. HOWEVER the catch is that I want to record all calls for quality purposes so that I can select and review them later as needed. Can someone point me in the right direction, because I have been having trouble finding one that will record calls.

vigorippbx 2820 – The Integration of ISDN Telephony and PSTN Network .

I have a new Arris 502G modem that I want to connect. My current modem is the same a 502G that is connected to the internet/phone. My new one won’t connect. The phone1 just blinks.

I called my internet provider & they said that i have to use theirs b/c each modem is flashed programed for each users account. They also said, if it was just an internet connection we could do a MAC address, but since i also have the phone connection, I’m SOL.

Any tricks on my end i could try? Running Windows XP/w Ethernet. They raised the rental fee from $3 to $5/month. The new Modem was $40

Is there a PCI card which combines an ADSL modem and telephone line interface, compatible with Asterisk; and whose drivers are fully Open Source, preferably included in the Linux Kernel such as you would get from kernel.org?
I need more information on how the telephone line interface is compatible with Asterisk, and on the status of Linux and Zaptel / DAHDI drivers.

My Laptop is already “off the grid” since I use no service provider and have 24-hour wireless access. How can I go “off the grid” by having a completely wireless communications center running off my Laptop?

I want to kno how I can hook up telephone service on my laptop so that I will be able to operate without a phone service provider. Phone service providers like Vonage and Comcast and Verizon collect a bill for something –I remember seeing in Popular Mechanics years ago — that can be obtained for free.
