I have a windows vista PC that has a external wirless lan card (Usb Stick)
But anyway. my comps Dhcp thing wont start every timei want to connect to a wirless network i says dhcp failed to start.
how do i fix this problem? my comp was working fine 2 weeks ago

The complete message is:
Could not start the DHCP Server service on Local Computer.
Error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly.

I can start the DHCP Client service but the DHCP Server service can not start.
And I have this problem after someday the light (power) got off, and the hard disk spent some hours to fixed. The disks are 3 disks in RAID 5.

I use sbcglobal (also known as ATT). It asks questions I don’t know how to answer. Incoming mail (POP3 or IMAP) server: ?

Outgoing Mail server(SMTP)name:?

I am at a loss for how to answer these questions.

Develop a Mathematica or MATLAB program that generate DTMF signals (sounds) that can be used for various operations such as phone dialing and remote control of devices via public switched telephone network (PSTN).

The program shall read a string of characters and generate DTMF signal for all characters in the set {0, 1, 2 ,3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, *, #}, i.e. characters on the telephone keypad. The program will not generate any sound for non-keypad characters. The tone duration for each keypad character is 0.5 second and the pause between two consecutive keypad characters is 0.2 second. For example, for an input string “817-272-3472-*12 #113”, your program shall generate the DTMF signal for 8_1_7_2_7_2_3_4_7_2_*_1_2_#_1_1_3, where “_” denotes pause.

You should test your program to make sure that it can be used for dialing operation, i.e. try to dial a phone number (make a real phone call) using your program. Make your program as user friendly as possible.

Before you start programming, you need to do some study on DTMF tones. There are many resources on the web that explain how DTMF system works.

Should my DHCP server be on all the time?

Can I have a stable internet light at night too and not negotiating using DSL on every website i visit to get the internet light, sounds like i am behind a big proxy server now for every website i visit.
If too many proxy servers, then a lot of censorship and i feel like news is fake on the internet, i only believe in news without proxy, like the one in Singapore telecoms where I get connected without negotiating with DSLAM on any educational/international political website, when and only immediate parents is doing the filtering service for Singapore on all their children irregardless of whatever websites, Currently I am detecting a finger proxy behind my PC,and not happy for the control on my international news what i can see and what i cannot see.

Please list down websites you intend to filter for Malaysia and let us know the reason of filtering http://www.youtube.com videos because what we see we understand,what we cannot see we will ask Telekoms because we paid for the entire world wide web why is youtube website missing hidden behind proxy server suddenly and gets stable after 2 hour?
Telekoms can list down what they want to censor and why you censor certain youtube videos so that we do not want to be behind a filtering proxy to be fair to us?

When I do a speed test it starts at about 200 kbps but at the end of the test speeds up to over 1000 kbps…any idea what problem would cause that.

It’s like a car that has slow take off but eventually picks up speed…
