Use your cordless phone to make and receive Skype calls
The Internet Telephone Adapter Plus ( ITA Plus ) from PC Link Technologies allows you to make and receive calls through the conventional phone system and through Skype. It works with any household phone, but use of a cordless phone provides mobility. You can be anywhere in your home or office to make and receive Skype calls or regular calls. There are no monthly fees or contracts! Simply install the Internet Telephone Adapter Plus and get ready to save money. Its easy to use, too. Answer an incoming call the same way as always; it doesnt matter if the call is coming from Skype or from the phone line, the phone will ring as normal (with Caller ID if you have that service). To make a call using the phone line, just dial out the way you normally do. Outbound Skype calls are easy: just hit the # key twice and follow the easy-to-understand voice prompts. You can even switch between Skype and regular phone calls at the same time and create conference calls! www.pclinktechnologies.co.uk

How to call a Skype account using Ekiga?
Hi,
I have Ekiga Softphone (both the software and a registered account). I’d like to be able to call my friends’ Skype accounts. I’ve searched the web and apparently it is possible to do so (it isn’t free of charge, but that’s OK by me). However, I am a newbie to the entire Internet telephony scene and I have no idea how to go about it. If someone could give me some step-by-step instructions I’d be most grateful. Thanks!
How do I use Skype and another program to make free VOIP calls to landlines?
I heard that if you somehow combine Skype with another program, you can make free unlimited out-going VOIP calls to landlines. Please tell me what that software is and how I link that with Skype. (or if you know a free unlimited VOIP program, let me know) Thanks
How to get display of local time of opposite party during use of i net telephony like skype?

I wish to have display of local time of the pace I am calling to avoid calling at odd hours.
How are Skype out and other VOIP calls routed?
How does the call get from the public Internet onto the telephone network? Does Skype (and the other VOIP operators) own equipment in each country to provide the interface? Where is it situated, in each telephone exchange, or centrally?
Mali, the question concerned calls that go from the internet to land phones.
