WDS can be installed on machine without or without a DHCP Server. If the DHCP Server does not run on the same machine than WDS will listen on Port 67 and merge DHCP information to the client. If, though, the DHCP Server is on the same machine then it must listen on the BINL Port 4011 and the DHCP Server must be configured to tell the PXECLient to make a second request back to the same machine but this time on port 4011 for the boot information.

I have a windoes XP. I play a game called maplystory and all of a sudden this started happening. I cant play the game when this error always keeps popping up.
I already tried winsock and updated. But is just keeps happening.
