Why is my bytes received twice as much as my bytes sent? (ADSL)?

My internet has been quite slow lately, with frequent disconnects and high ping in general. I’ve noticed that when checking the status of my ADSL, if the bytes sent is 5,000,000, the bytes received would be 20,000,000. Would this be a problem outside of my control, or is it a hardware issue (i.e. my router)?

Avast scanner sent some windows files to the chest?

kernel32.dll

wsock32.dll

all were in the C:\WINDOWS\system32

Is this bad? Will my Windows have problems without these files?
Will I have boot up problems due to missing files?

How do I get Gmail to show the name of the recipient of messages moved to the sent items folder through IMAP?

Now that Gmail has implemented IMAP, I’ve been migrating some old messages from my old POP accounts. However, when I copy my messages to the sent messages folder in Gmail, in the web interface, the recipient of the messages shows up as “me” rather than the name of the person that the message was originally sent to. Anybody else having this problem? Any thoughts on how to solve it? Thanks.

BTW, I’m doing this through outlook 2003.
