I have a flat screen television mounted on a wall with a CAT5-e cable and a 16-2 wire running to the equipment closet where i want the signal of the remote to end up.

Can someone link me the equipment that i need in order to send the infrared signal over the cable that i have already in the wall to the equipment closet?

In the closet there is a Satellite receiver and a DVD player both needing to be controlled remotely.

Is there any way that I can merge all my VOIP,mobile phone numbers, phone line into one – enabling me to receive and send calls anywhere in the world in one designated line? Any suggestions?

I’m making a login program and wanted to to use Winsock to send the username and password to a remote computer. I wanted to connect to the server program and send the data using the same button, but I always get an error saying “Wrong protocol or connection state for the requested transaction or request.”.

Is there anyway around this? If not, what can I do?
Forgot to mention that my program has both login and register in the same form (tabs). Both have to connect to the server. If I have to, I can put them in separate forms.

Okay, so i have a control array i call it box(index) now. If i click on the fifth box, then index=5 right? what i want to do is send that index number i.e. i want to send the number 5 via winsock. So far I’ve got:
Winsock1.SendData index
but whenever i run the program, an error message comes that says it was a wrong command, and when i ask it to debug, it highlights that area. so, my question is. How do i send that integer variable via winsock? Your help is very much appreciated
yeah sorry, it said wrong data type…umm, i think i already declared index to be an integer and i still get that…maybe i declared it wrong, should i do it again? and if yes, where? cause im still learning Visual Basic, so i’m quite new to it

Also have their Website www.kotsovolos.gr and the guy email is electronicsexpert@hotmail.com his name is Mr. Junous and I see their advertisement on many websites so one day I was searching and I come to know their adverisment on this site http://www.mcafeesecure.com/us/mcafee-certified-sites.jsp?c1=1&c2=17&s=75 this is their advertisement. On your website i told them i want to buy 2unites one iphone 3G 16gb and one ipod touch 32gb and pay them 595usd. and they promise to ship my item after payment but I was asked to buy 4units more iphone and 4unites more ipod touch and say his company just sell 10pcs. i said ok no problem i pay them. then they agree to ship my item and next day he said he will send me 27units as he trust me and i can pay after i recieve. but nothing arrieve and they asked me for money of that 27 units.

i pay him 60% then they asked me he will ship but he didn’t ship my items. and ask me for full money and say last payment and i give him my everything but nothing arreive. then later he ask me to pay insurance and custom which is 1340usd. but when i refuse as it wasn’t include in our deal. then he told me not to ship my item then i have already pay him so much then i thought to pay him one more time and ask him to pay half i pay him around 500usd and later he told me to pay full and that mean another 1000 which is 1500usd before he say it’s 1340usd. So it shows he is liar but I say ok I don’t want to loss my 6500usd for just 1000usd more.

then i say no problem i pay him 1000usd more the final money. but i got is nothing from them. he didn’t ship even a single phone to me and refuse and ask me and ask me to pay more 1300usd more which is unreasonable.

I go to hong kong police for help they almost write down my report and asked me not to pay him anymore. I’ve managed to setup up outlook so I can recieve emails coming in but I can’t seem to understand why I can’t send emails out, i’ve looked at smtp, but can anyone give me a step by step process to do this – i would be greatful. Thanks!

I know it depends on a lot of variables.
But what range of times should it take to send a 5MB file using ADSL?
On occasion I’ve managed to send it in about 3 minutes, other times it takes longer. Not sure why.

In the the MobileMe Apple product, I can access my Apple Mail and Yahoo Mail, but I want to merge or forward my stored folders to the MobileMe server to consolidate all the files in one location. I am told that if I can configure Yahoo Plus to IMAP, this may be accomplished. How may I accomplish this feat?
