I have my home phone number, and I have an ADSL router for my broadband, can I have a second ADSL router for a separate broadband?

Would I get in trouble for this?

I recently installed a new modem…I cannot connect to the internet because my ethernet controller needs to be updated.

However, i can’t find the manufacturer and model number for the ethernet driver. the issue is, when I go to device manager its showing up blank with no details. i want to find it without opening the computer. I have an HP. and want to download the driver onto a cd and install onto the computer that needs it.

my adapter failed and I bought a new adapter. but now I don have any idea what is the output voltage to be set. there are different options from 5 to 12 Volts. I don have previous adapter to see what was the voltage. Any help will be appreciateed.

I only need one toll free number to run over DSL for my start up. That also supports call forwarding.
By toll free I mean an 800 number so people can call in and then I would sometimes need the call forwarded to my cellphone. Thank you.

Can someone please explain to me the difference between a DID number and an extension? I was under the impression that a DID is when someone can call you directly and bypass the PBX but is it the same number as if you transferred the call to that extension?

At $250 for the kit and $40 to port, I would hope there would be better options than ooma. I have my [old] number with Vonage now, but would like to switch to something cheaper, like MagicJack.

I have a AT&T sm biz land line. I also have a toll number attached to that land line. When I call someone, I would like the toll number to be displayed in their caller ID screen rather than my local #. How can I go about doing this? I have been told that AT&T can’t do it. And I would have to have a large system or PBX to achieve that, but I am so small. ANy ideas or help?

I am trying to hook up my nintendo ds to my computers wireless internet

I am a small business receiving between 3000 to 5000 faxes a month. For various reasons, hosted faxing is it for me, since I work from multiple locations. My current hosted faxing (myfax) is killing me in cost. I want to try out some cheaper ones, but am not sure about their reliability. I would like to use the virtual number to forward to whatever is my current fax number. Most virtual numbers layer another 1.5 to 10 cents per minute. My forwarding will be in the same area code, so I see no reason not to get a flat fee service. Do folks like vonage forward from the switch (ie pstn to pstn) or does it get come to my voip box before bouncing back? Thanks in advance for any help.
