I know someone who has a VOIP home phone service and would like to get certain text messages sent to them there and get them via email as opposed to their cell phone. Has anyone ever heard of this idea or if it could be done?

No matter what i do, this message continues to pop up and ask the same thing, it has detected a change to system that SVCHOST.EXE is attempting to delete Tcpip and right after, the same thing only it’s netbt. No matter what i select block or except, it still comes back and i have the full amount of protection so i would not suspect an unwanted program.How can i resolve this

cable not connected. But all the cables are connected. The company trying to set me up is GoodTelCom out of Korea using their cp-100 phone. I need this set up for a job and the company I am working for only uses this company for their VOIP so I cann’t change providers. Any help would be appriciated.

Happened to me twice earlier, each error message says a different thing.
I set my laptop so it didn’t restart automatically so i could take a picture of it next time it happened.
got two pictures which one has a different error message.

First says – DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
and then something near the bottom says tcpip.sys

Second says – PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
and then near the bottom says Ntfs.sys

Any help would be appreciated.

First error is 0xFFFFFFFE, 0×00000002, 0×00000001,08 (then after the picture cuts out)

Second error is 0xD9F7E6F7, 0×00000000, 0x8BA9BC (then cuts out)
didnt unplag anything from the usb ports when that error message happened….

I was able to connect in the morning and when I got back home that night I couldn’t. I tried to reinstall with my yahoo dsl disk to reconnect the settings but it got to step 4 of 6 and said, unable to connect winxp pppoe client. My modem is fine but I can’t connect.
