Help me to locate the Graduate School for Telecommunication Engineering in Germany?
I am bachelor in Electronics and communication Engineering from Nepal. I want to do my masters in Germany.
Something keeps changing the Winsock settings on my computer. How do I locate the problem?
I can be on the net and checking my emails, and the next thing I know, Windows Internet Explorer says it cannot display the web page. I do a Network Diagnostic to check my connectivity, and my WINSOCK settings have been changed. The Network Diagnostic can reset them to default, but I have to do a restart every time. This happens a lot. Can anyone tell me how to isolate the problem and fix it. I have run a full system scan by my security system, Windows Live OneCare, and there are no problems detectable. HELP!
