Im signing up for an Outlook Express Email account and I dont know what this means..

I don’t even know what these things mean. Then it asks me to fill in the blank and says an stmp is an outgoing mail server. I don’t know how to fill this out but need to quickly send a resume and can’t seem to get past this. Thanks.
I don’t totally get it but I’m using outlook express.

I’m asking this question because I tried to send an email from my Microsoft Works word processing software and it asked me those questions.

I’m trying to set up my yahoo email account in my Office 2007. I’m trying to add my yahoo email account to my Word program if that’s possible. Is it?

I’m trying to be able to e-mail my movies with microsoft movie maker from my windows xp home edition HP2005 computer but I can’t because it is set on using microsoft e-mail accounts. I have tried to make the account on my control panel/ mail but I want to be able to e-mail it using yahoo. I’m very confused. Help!!!!
I can’t attach. It just won’t do it for some reason
