I have 50 users in my company. Till we are using Google Apps to share emails. Now we have our own website providing email support. How can i migrate user accounts from google apps to my own website like changing IMAP and POP3 etc.

If I have a personal email address for my godaddy domain (ie. x@mydomain.com) and wish to use IMAP via google, how are my emails likely to be affected in regards to advertising?
