What may I get.. I have to go to court for telecommunication harassment misdemeanor of the first degree?
I have to go to court in Ohio for telecommunication harassment misdemeanor of the first degree… I never been in trouble before.. do I need to get a lawyer? Somebody told me it would cost me more to get a lawyer then what the fine will be since I never been in trouble before is this true.
