ive not done much with IT but want to take up a new career in Networking. does anyone know how long it takes to do the CCNA course and qualify as an engineer?

Im thinking about taking some courses through my community college to get these certification but i want to know how valuable they will be in the job market.

I’m trying to pick my classes for college. But, I’m a bit confuse on what should I pick. I like them both, but I want to know which one is easier to get a job. Cisco courses only take about 6 months, and the MCSE takes about 9. Which one is better? Which one offers more jobs, and better pay jobs? Which one offers jobs on demand?
