I have a modem and wireless router downstairs. I have a device upstairs, that will ONLY accept a wired ethernet connection. Is there something I can put upstairs, that will receive the wireless signal while allowing it to output via ethernet?

I don’t want a computer serving the devices, I want them to be available no matter what computer in my house is running. Just needs to be Ethernet and able to host many USB devices including printers, hard drives.
