With the recent earthquake in Haiti, what infrastructure has been damaged, such as electricity, water supply, sewers and telecommunications.

I have to use a direct connection through the modem! How do I fix this? The ip information and the subnet mask information doesn’t come up even thought I enter it in and save the settings! Please help! My router is supposed to control my PPPOE but fails to do so at the moment.
