If people want to say something to me, I’d might as well talk to them. If people want to speak to me via e-mail or any telecommunication connection I will cut them off. That’s waht I am planning. WOuld this be good for me?

Windows Vista Networking – Unable to contact your DHCP server.?
My internet is all set up and has been working fine until I got this error.
All DHCP settings look fine.
How do I fix this PC problem that says unable to contact your DHCP server?
Recently my 2wire DSL modem/router stopped working. It is a wireless router as well as a dsl modem, i used it to connect my computer and whoever had a laptop at my house. Well it stopped working, so i had to switch over to using the old regular dsl modem, which is not a router. It is a black speed stream 500 i believe. Well now that i am using this one, the local area connection says there is limited or no connectivity, I can still access the internet but when i connect my D-Link router, only the computer internet works, things connected to router do not. I clicked repair, and it said, “windows could not continue repairing the problem because the following action could not be completed: Renewing IP address.” So i did what people in Yahoo Answers answered to the same question. start>run>cmd>ipconfig/re… after that, it said, “an error has occurred while renewing interface local area connection.”
