I want to connect my xbox to internet via a ethernet cable to a nerby computer that has wireless internet. Is it possible and what are some cons about it? thanks

i use skype for video chatting & i am using broadband internet which gives limited usage of 600 mb & its speed is between 1-1.5 mbps.
When i video chat in 10 minutes above 50 mb gets used so is there any way to decrease my bandwidth so there is less usage & i dont want high quality video
can i install a net accelerator & give a speed limit to it ? is Google accelerator a good one?

i have heard alot about T1 T2 AND T3 internetet conestion lines but it has never been explained to me about how fast it is and how to get it and howmuch it cost.. will someone please explian it to me
i have dial up and live 25 miles away from the nearest dsl or braodband sevice. i have hear that lan or t1 or t2 or even t3 is the way to go please give me some info on this

my modem is dsl 322t dlink and my line conect directly
to a spiliter and then cconect to modem and phone.
i conect with pppoe & bridge mode, land line cabel is correct. i replace 3 dsl modem.and try it in all windows

some times the connection lasts 5 hours, sometimes 2 days, so im constantly turning off and on my router to fix it, any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

i dont know what all these settings are for ppp on demand, ATM circuit identifier, ATM Encapsulation, Force Upstream MTU. ive been haveing to reset my 2wire alot mabye its junk? what can i do to make sure i have a good connection all the time?

if motorola has a cat5 port like my charter guy told me are there any other modems that are better or that have faster cat6, cat7 ethernet ports. it would be pointless to buy cat6 or faster wire if the modem you are using is only as good as a cat5 wire.
