I am currently with AOL. The service recently has been awful…well for the past 8 months or so (i.e pings over 500 in certain games, some games don’t connect, regular down time) so i started looking to find new broadband companies. I came across talk talk which seems to rated highly among some independent websites, but i recently found out that talk talk own AOL… does this mean that i will still get the same shoddy service?

I have come to the realization that Cisco’s business model for SMARTNET does not meet my needs. I would like to be able to have one SMARTNET contract for a number of devices over a lease period. Your company is a service provider for cable TV, cable internet and mobile phone services. There is already a similar dominant telecommunications company in the university. How would you market and differentiate yourselves from the compeition.

We got Cox cable based phone service and internet last month. We had planned on using a wireless router for our laptops. However we can’t get the router to work. The router claims it can use windows XP which we have but all we get is a message sayiny it can’t support the device.
