Hey there everyone..
I’m pretty new in this forum and also with Assembly, to be honest I haven’t programmed anything in Assembly.
I’m a VB Programmer and I work with some C/C++
But well that’s not the reason I’m here hehe.

On the forum I work at one of our old staff members released a DLL for the community to help them.
What the DLL does is, encrypt the data that has been input with XTEA Encryption, and then inject itself into the process of the game and then hook the winsock send function and send the encrypted data through it.

The problem is the DLL isn’t compatible with Windows 98, and the creator of the DLL has retired sometime ago.
It would be of great help if anyone of you could help me on making this DLL Windows 98 compatible.

Ive tried going to command prompt and typing in netsh winsock reset, but when i press enter it says The requested operation requires elevation.
When I press ENTER the command propt says The requested peration requires evelution. I am a Windows vista user and i have tried to et maple story to work for a long time. Is there anything I need to o to get this to work?

I need the code for ‘Visual Basic 2008′ to save text from a list box into a notepad, where the user can select where to save the file at and i need the code of how to load text from a notepad file into a listbox where the user can select the location where the file is located at and also where is the winsock at on visual basic 2008, i dont see it.

For 2 weeks now, I have not been able to access Yahoo Email (from the internet or Outlook). I have never had problems ever before. I have a router (with firewall) + ZoneAlarm configured, but never had any issues before, until now. I have tried to to reset TCP/IP i.e. “netsh winsock reset catalog” and “netsh int ip reset reset.log” but no luck. I also tried accessing email from my Laptop – still did not work. Its either an issue with my router or any issue with Yahoo Email, I suspect the latter. When I try and get the email via Outlook, I get the following error: Task ‘pop.mail.yahoo.co.uk – Receiving’ reported error (0x8004210E): ‘Your mailbox is temporarily unavauilable because another e-mail message is being delivere to it or another mail application is accessing it. The server responded: -ERR maildrop busy.’
When I test the settings in Outlook, Outlook is able to establish a network connection, find the SMTP/POP3 mail servers, but cannot log onto the incoming mail server. HELP!
I also just tried accessing my Yahoo email from my Mobile Phone and that usually works, but this time it did not and displays username and password, which would indicate that either my username or password is failing. Who can I contact to rectify this?
I’d just like to state again that this is most probably nothing to do with my PC or router as I also cannot access Yahoo Email from my mobile phone. There is something fundamentally wrong with logging onto the incoming email server. All I can think of is that my user-id or password have not been recognised, but its strange as I can log into Yahoo and IM OK with these same details, but not Yahoo email. Will give up soon and change to gmail or something else – anyone know what the Yahoo support line number is?

im playing a game called maplestory and every time i sign on about 2 minutes it disconnects me.
it will say “error code:10093 (either the application has not called WSAStartup, or WSAStartup has failed.)”

Hi. I’m searching. At Least Six months searching. Does Anybody how can i make an application which communicates with other computer trough internet??. For an example with winsock or DirectPlay. I don’t know how to make it. An Example again for be explicit, like a chat (Messenger) system.

I think answer may be related to PSTN etc. HELP ME
