I need to access the wireless router on my network and I don’t have any idea what the ip adress is, is there a way to search the network for all devices connected to it?
Its the thing that the laptop connects to wirelessly to connect to the network. I do NOT want the ip adress of my computer or the default gateway i want the ip of the router.

It says that i have a 169 ip adress and i know thats wrong and my subnet mask it 255.255.255 i think thats wrong. how do i get my right ip adress and stuff to my Xbox since the auto config is giving my xbox the wrong things. My Dhcp server is on but nothing is happening.

trying to determine if this should be on my pc or if someone is accessing all my info without my permission.

I’m trying to make my wireless router act as only access point, and I was told to turn off NAT, DHCP and give it a static IP. I have already disabled DHCP but I need to know how to turn off NAT and what to do to get a static IP working. Thanks.

i have this sofware called workbooth i nee dot run it down for a job as i need to assews my computer anyway i load it with no problwm get to the screemn and when i press “start shift” it comes up with DHCP unable to obtain IP adress thisis annoying as i nee dto access the teletech server to have my project code. thank you for your help .

my dhcp server and tcp/ip is having problems dialing ports. i added the ports manually and there was no luck. my connection is also goofy. i believe do to the dhcp server is not changing the ip address. i think the assigned one went bad. i tried cmd-ip config/release and renew. nothing changes. usually the only way i can fix it is completely restoring xp. that will last for a while until this problems comes right back.
os – Win XP SP2
