i hate telstra i have been FUCKING capped to 64kbps with a 12 gb plan as i used it too fast after downloading shit! it is not enough. Telstra will be CRUSHED.

Hate to admit it but despite the fact that people hate telstra and their customer service it still comes to a point where they are not as concerned for the individual as they are for their lucrative buisness contracts. And in terms of telstra will be defeated a point made mention Telstra is not only one of Australia’s oldest telecoms but they own a majority that is 90% plus of existing copper and fibre network in Australia majority of other telecoms lease off Telstra lines.
I think if more people knew about this video being here it would be choc ablock full of negative comments about Telstra. The most expensive telecommunications company in the world with the poorest customer service. Twice today I had people I couldn’t understand hang up on me because I couldn’t interperet my complicated bill to them. It annoys the shit out of me that when ever there is a fault, it’s always in Telstas favour. Telstra is a god dammed rip off and the spike in complaints proves it!

Telstra are really bad, evil I would say. No other company treats its customers with such contempt.
Telstra does have its down sides ill 100 percent admit that. But you have to realise that this company helps keep our australian economy, and to be honest they are more expensive but for mobile broadband nothing compares. Youre paying for a superior product. There wireless internt speeds are now 21 mb/sec nothing compares.. And all telecomunication companies have down falls. I was with three, yes theyre cheap but ill never go back. They’re worse.
telstra gave me work few months ago, and that work became very stressful because of australians that ’s angry with that boils up on asians that’s just trying to help them. i hope you guys can learn that racism is not good. please let us help you in whatever concern you have with telstra and dont be angry personally with us, because it’s not our fault that this company gave the job to low cost yet talented asians.

… I could tell you about a few things… like that corps, like that of the G8 only pay 25% of what they should for wholesale internet and that the government is the reason quality of telstra, that should still be Telecom has done down hill… but you wouldn’t listen to someone who’s been on the inside of the fence and maybe even put your adsl on… anyhowz.

thats were your wrong in alot of places teltsa is the only company that reches the out back i live in muswellbrook nsw and this is not even close to the outback and up untill 12 months ago testra was the only phone we could get and still to this day we only get slim pickings of what optus has to offer.because we are so far out of a major city.posted by burjohere

tio is the telecomunacation industrys onbudsman if you think that you have been over charged or your just feel that you are being ripped off tell the tio and if they think that a wrong needs to be corrected they will invesicate.testra almost had me and the money they recond i owed.they thought wrong tio fixed everything. i couldnt of ask for a better outcome and testra were knocked off there soap box for a bit. well i feel they were and im happy with that..posted by burjohere
