Linksys ADSL2-MUE NAT problem?
I have a NAT problem with the Linksys ADSL2-MUE modem, ISP supports PPPoA only, i want to cancel the NAT
The NAT is causing me low downloads in peer to peer programes cause it doesn’t allow connecting to many IPs
and the modem doesn’t have the port-forwarding option
any ideas ??

I would check to ensure you have the latest firmware for your Linksys router. The router does support port forwarding, however, you will need to know which ports to open. You can enable the DMZ feature of the linksys and add your computer’s IP Address to this zone to disable the firewall feature. Remember, once you are in a DMZ, your computer could be hacked.
